How much are the shipping costs?

It all depends on the weight of the package and where you live.

What is the return policy?

We only take back T-shirts for a different size or pins if they end up getting broken in transit.
Fursuits, heads, tails, paws cannot be returned.

Can I send my own fursuit to Fursonal for restoration/repair?

Sure you can!
We would love to repair your own fursuit, even though we have not created it ourselves!
Send us pictures with a description and we will give you a quotation as soon as possible.

What are the payment methods?

At the moment you can only pay with online bank transfer.

What if my order is damaged?

First of all you should check if the box that you receive, is damaged or not. If so, you should immediately point out the delivery guy and check on your goods together. if the goods are damaged, the delivery company should be reliable!


We always send your orders with much care and love, provided with sufficient protective foam or bubble wrap.


Let's say there is damage to the goods but not to the box, then we shall look for an arangement.
